Work Experience

Computational chemist - MQS
Oct. 2023 - Oct. 2024

Designed a high-throughput pipeline to process molecular datasets — enabling energy predictions for molecules with over 100 atoms in under 15 minutes.

Managed large datasets using custom Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) for efficient energy calculations.

Optimized data-driven calculations with high-performance computing, ensuring scalable material screening.

Ph.D. in Computational Physics - DTU
Jan. 2019 - Maj. 2023

Developed an open-source computational materials database with over 3000 entries and web interface C1DB, supporting material discovery — where 63% of entries are stable..

Managed and analyzed large datasets to identify material trends, applying data-driven techniques for optimization, and published 6 peer-reviewed papers.

Presented talks and posters at eight international conferences, highlighting advanced data analysis, visualization, and effective storytelling.

Teaching Assistant - UCPH
Nov. 2016 - Jan. 2018

Led teaching sessions in Quantum Physics and Mathematics, guiding students through exercises and fostering problem-solving skills.

Created engaging, interactive learning environments, motivating students to participate in discussions actively.

Won the best TA for the Quantum Physics course during the 2017 semester.
